Beginning March 1, 2004 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit launched a new PACER site. To visit the new site click the following link: http://pacer.cafc.uscourts.gov . The new site allows the public to search for case information by Federal Circuit case number, attorney name, party name, short case title, and lower court docket number. To access the site you must have a valid PACER login. You can register for a PACER by clicking here. Access to this systems will generate a $.08 per page charge.
